Arrived already at Doha.

I actually did recognize it as a P-51 but it still should have been identified when posted as well as just a little detail behind the photo. I agree with a no or low vote with the lack of any commentary.

And this plane is a what? It was taken where? Taken when? Airshow, flight test?

Written on 12/05/2014 by Jimmy Robinson

That is correct, Kevin!
Far away from home in ATL.

I agree. There's a whole lot of junk and mediocre images uploaded to this site. Some people seem to do wholesale 'dumping' of photos regardless of quality. They get a high number of posts because they just upload whatever they take, good or bad, mostly bad.

I dint see why he would want it a secret, you can track it.

Wow! I've never seen a rainbow effect in all the years I've been shooting. Good shot.

Nice attention to detail and paint inside the engine compartment! Lots of upgrades too: PowerFlow exhaust, air-oil separator, PlanePower alternator...

The ICAO group of the CJ type rating is C525.
The designator for the CJ2 is C25A, for the CJ3 C25B and the CJ4 C25C.
If you type in C25B, flightaware will show Ciatation CJ3.
Happy Landings,
Guido

Thank you. I've been photographing the Tbirds for years and always like it when I get one that stands out.

This is a Cessna Citation not at Cessna 402 twin engine prop plane.

Written on 28/02/2014 by Jimmy Robinson

Sure looks like one to me.

Written on 30/04/2014 by Jimmy Robinson

Why would you upload such a photo on flightaware?

Written on 19/08/2014 by Guido Warnecke

Celebrating Spring, no doubt.

This user is known for this. He stole 25 of one photographer's images and more of other photographers. Most have been removed by staff.

Why Boeing Why!!!!

Written on 01/02/2014 by NickFlightX

I agree. It's not necessary to post every-single-snap of the shutter, especially when 99% of it is terrible and should have been deleted. It's absolutely ridiculous to post 74 snapshots of the same plane on approach and takeoff. These are terrible images and a waste of time and space on FlightAware's storage space.

Written on 12/03/2014 by Jimmy Robinson

I think this is part of aviation.
Crash photos (unless funny ones without injuries) should not be posted.
I have also some photos uploaded of aircraft from which I sadly learned that they crashed later.
Crash investigation on t the TBM is still on. We all can learn from accidents and become safer pilots.

Written on 08/09/2014 by Guido Warnecke

Now this is different. I like it.

This 747 is going to have a hard time landing; it's landing uphill.

Written on 16/03/2014 by Jimmy Robinson

Really another bad photo with no contribution to the flightaware tracking website.

Written on 09/03/2014 by Guido Warnecke

This looks more like a helicopter than a Cessna 402 twin engine airplane.
