Kobe, I'm not sure what a "normal" biplane is, but a Pitts was originally designed by Curtis Pitts (approx. 1944) as a "light aerobatic biplane." This one (N893DC) is an S-2B which is a two-seat version while the S-1 is the single-seat version. So, a Pitts can do just about any kind of stunt or aerobatic maneuver you might want them to.
