Mom, will you buy me a Falcon Jet so I can talk shop w/all the Charter Jet Pilots wile we wait at the FBO for our clients to return. It would be a lot faster to get type rated if I owned my own. I envy those guys. It's like when Dad sent me through town w/the 400 hp Tractor & 70 ft of tools when I was 13. I only made $60/day but I had a cool job!

Yeah sounds like my story thomas maurer,I drove a freight shaker with a lowboy trailer when I was 17 operated a D-69U w/a pony motor-first year cat had hydraulic's and not a cable -that lifted the blade -don't miss understand me the Dozer was probably 50 yrs old in 75 when I operated it, back then all I ever wanted to do was fly -I can remember checking on the price and about 77/78 a 150 was 12 dollar's a hour and the instructor was about 6 an hr I thought I won't never be able to afford this -and I couldn't untill I was in my 40s if I could have did it back then I could be flying a 900 -the outfit I'm with now has a falcon -and about 3 others all piston, but I always think just what if -I can always pretend to when I'm puttin around in my 150 -but I could have never got the chance so I guess I'm still a lucky guy -I'm a pilot -so I can talk shop at the FOB as good as the rest of them -YE-HAW!!

Stupid auto spell, or spell check what ever it's called -that was supposed to read FBO -but I just typed it in and it was fob anyway all of us big iron pilot's we know what we mean to say I'm not "TYPE RATED" but I can type, if this spell check don't get me,
SO MAY BLUE SKY'S FILL YOUR WINDSCREEN AND CALM AIR PASS OVER YOUR WING'S -!
