Boeing 757-200 (N757AF) - The old saying is, "Third time lucky," but in this case, for me, it was, "Fifth time lucky." In every one of Donald Trumps previous four visits to northern Nevada, I was not able to get a click of his "Trump" B757 in the air, but yesterday, as he made his final pre-Election Day campaign visit here, I got the shot Ive been trying for.br /N757AF is captured here just 24 hours ago in a gorgeous late afternoon sky as it completes its s/final approach to RTIAs runway 16L after a long flight from Wilmington, N. It was a very loooong day of campaigning for Mr. Trump yesterday. He began the day in Tampa with an appearance. His next stop was in Wilmington for a rally at the airport. Then, the long distance flight that brought him here where, as seen above, he arrived for a 5 PM campaign rally, and then he departed to Denver for a 9 PM appearance.
The timing of his arrival here was perfect. For his first visit (many weeks ago), he arrived in the early AM hours. I did get clicks, but they were all of the aircraft parked on the ramp. He did not use this a/c for his second visit; instead, he flew up from Las Vegas on the private jet of a friend. Again, I got photos of him landing; however, it wasn't in this jet. The weather was overcast for his third visit to this area (South Lake Tahoe), and I was out of the area on an aviation-photo trip when he came here for the fourth time. Yesterday, it all came together perfectly, and we were able to get snaps of this fabulous aircraft in front of a beautiful blue sky.

Hey, Dave, Howdy, and TY for the compli. I'll be emailing a different shot of this one from the series I clicked to all the guys so keep a watchful eye on your email. It was well worth the repeated 80-mile round trips from my house to the airport to finally catch it.

Good shot, however, I wonder if anyone got a good shot of "TRUMP (ONE) leaving Laguardia this am for Washington DC. The water cannon salute sent chills up my leg like Obama did to a certain CNN reporter!
beautiful photo , Gary
