The Air Force calls the 757-200 the C-32.

VIP transport being prepped through the carwash!
is this the Air Force 2 ?

Air Force 2 is the call sign of any Air Force aircraft with the Vice President aboard (and not the President). I believe the C-32s are routinely used to transport the VP, though.

Not sure where this photo was taken. Being retired AF, I have been to some bases in Asia that have a taxi thru wash rack to knock down the salty moister that accumulates on the A/C as it passes over the ocean. It's an effort to keep corrosion to a minimum. This appears to be one of them. Note the water jets are emanating from below the A/C.
