They will now have to turn over a slew of documents and materials as part of a Federal Aviation Administration investigation. ENID, Oklahoma - The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a pilot from Owasso and a U.S. Air Force officer based at Vance Air Force Base died in a crash near Enid Thursday evening. The OHP identified the men as Randall Harris, 55, of Owasso and 1st Lt. Dale Shillington, 25, from Vance AFB. American defers A350 deliveries by more than two years

22 JULY, 2016 BY: EDWARD RUSSELL WASHINGTON DC American Airlines has deferred the deliveries of all of the 22 Airbus A350-900s that it has on order, as it works to reduce its capital expenditures and manage capacity through 2018. The Fort Worth-based carrier will take its first A350 in “late 2018” instead of “spring 2017”, it says in a quarterly financial filing today.
