Testing for Delta’s ‘Nomad’ device lands in Hartsfield-Jackson Airport

Delta Air Lines is stepping out from behind the counter at Hartsfield–Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The Atlanta-based airline announced Wednesday that it has rolled out 100 handheld devices to “help gate agents drive more personal engagements with customers at its home airport in Atlanta.” (P.S. from my experience these work great.
