Westjet B737 near Toronto on Jun 19th 2016, strong fumes and haze in cabin

A Westjet Boeing 737-700, registration C-GWBN performing flight WS-2626 from Toronto,ON (Canada) to Saint Lucia (Saint Lucia) with 72 people on board, was climbing out of Toronto when a strong odour/strong fumes were noticed in the cabin associated with haze. The crew stopped the climb at about 10,000 feet reporting smoke in the cabin and returned to Toronto for a safe landing about 35 minutes after departure.
