A pilot was forced to divert a passenger plane just an hour into its flight after a ‘screaming’ man attempted to light up a cigarette and open the aircraft’s door at 36,000ft. The Vancouver-bound Lufthansa flight took off from Munich at 2.50pm on Sunday but was forced to divert to Hamburg after a passenger began to behave erratically, local media reported. Please do not post articles from facebook. Unlike the other sites, you can't see anything unless you signup to use their service. And with facebook's horrible lack of privacy for their members I dropped my account years ago and will never use them again.

The headline is misleading. In the first place no one except maybe the "hulk" could possibly open the door in flight. The flight had already been delayed on the ground because this man was misbehaving. Why they took off with him aboard?
