They should just direct all red eye flight paths directly over management's houses at 1000 ft above.

Under the Citizens United ruling by SCOTUS, corporations are considered persons. Maybe cargo crates can likewise be considered 'persons'. If they are demised in a crash like UPS 1354, then the 'families' of said persons could be represented by those ever-energetic defenders of the little people (at 33% of the jury award plus court costs).
