Airplanes and justice. Ryanair sentenced for labour law violation in France

Ryanair has been sentenced by the court of appeals to pay a 200,000 Euros penalty and an 8.1 million compensation for labour law violation. From 2007 to 2011 the airplane carrier used the Marseille airport as a base for 127 employees who were never declared in France since they had been hired with an Irish contract.
