A few years ago BA was a "premium" airline, even for pax in steerage, but given a couple of recent experiences with this outfit and Cruz's own statements about cutting costs I'm surprised that the terminal doesn't look like the inside of a warehouse or a Sam's Club, but without adequate lighting, heating or a/c, but with a price tag for everything including using the toilets and minimum wage, untrained, know-nothing employees who have to provide and launder their own work clothes.
