Hi guys I'm no expert by a long shot but is that normal to have the nose wheel door like that.I didn't think it was that way.

That's part of the modification for the nose landing gear spin up kit.

Michael- the nose gear has a gravel deflector installed. The bleed air tubes protruding from the engine inlets and the gravel deflector are part of a B737 kit for flight ops from rough runways. Not a very common sight these days and a great catch by Mark.
