It was an open day at the Rhein-Main Airbase in the early 70th, here in Frankfurt!! Thank you Gary for the informations!!

When I was stationed at Clark Air Base (Republic of the Philippines) in the very early 70s I saw plenty of these coming and going and on the ramp. And when I was stationed at Misawa (Japan) I saw some too, but not as many and not as often. Great pics, Uwe. *****+
