Local boy! So I knew that wasn't Fredericksburg, ain't no lake there. I'm pretty sure that's Sunrise Beach (2KL). Yeah I'm sure the aircraft is based out of T82, so save it. Beautiful airplane. I'm just a keyboard warrior with no medical anymore, but this is how I get my jollies. LOL.

As is obvious from the Activity Log below, the type designator is C421. Please don't make up your own. Beautiful photo, though.
Yes indeed, a 421 C model retrofitted with winglets. Interesting aspect on the Gillespie County Field too.
That airfield is definitely 2KL. Sunrise Beach Village Airport.
