Boeing 757-200 (N757HW)
First flight with test engine installed (12/08)
Comments
What engine were they testing, for what application?
I did a search that revealed in 2010 it was used a test bed for Honeywell AS907-1-1A turbofan for Bombardier Challenger 300. Maybe someone can verify.
Weird way to test an engine.
I would guess it is for stability/control
Cool!
