I didn't know PanAm was still flying.

My Dad was the Chief Test Pilot at Handley Page on the Jetstream back in the 60's - so good to see this lovely little aircraft in the skies still-warms my heart and brings back so many childhood memories...

Tony, PanAm is no longer flying. Boston Maine Airways operated scheduled commuter services under the Pan Am Clipper Connection banner. Its main base was Pease International Airport. Boston-Maine Airways ceased all Pan Am flights on February 29, 2008. (Source: Wikipedia).

Colin -

It would appear as if N124PA is still flying with the PanAm Clipper Connection colors as of last June... I haven't been able to locate any newer photos since then... not sure if the JS31 is still owned by Boston-Maine or if someone bought the aircraft and kept the paintjob...

Baby Pan-Am owned by Boston-Maine Airways out Somersworth NH. Anyone know where it flie or is it for Pan-Am Railroad?

I flew for Boston and Main Airways from 02-04. That was not one of our tail numbers back then.
Evan Woodruff
Just out of curiosity, I punched the tail number into the FAA's handy dandy N-Number lookup website. It would seem that N124PA is still in fact owned by Boston-Maine Airways.

This airplane is used by the Boston and Maine Railroad as a company airplane. For whatever reason they kept it in Pan Am colors.
