There were five rotorbirds in the flight ... three Ospreys and two Whitehawks. The POTUS was in one of the Whitehawks.

No change in policy that I am aware of, EK. Perhaps some other viewer knows if the policy has changed, but as far as I've heard, POTUS still cannot be transported in one of these.
