My only capture of a PAL fleetbird is a seven-shot series of this B744 (RP-C7475) taken with my old Canon Powershot S5-IS way back in 2010 as it is on final. This shot of it was taken at 8 PM (August, 2010) as the final few moments of sunlight illuminate the nose and leading edges of the wings.
Four years after I caught this shot (in August of 2014), RP-C7475 was wfu and went to Pinal Airpark (Marana Pinal - KMZJ) in Arizona.

The only info I've been able to find indicates that this frame is "stored" at MZJ, but I've examined several fairly recent airshots of the Pinal Airpark and I have not been able to ID it so perhaps it has already been scrapped. Also, there are some B747 frames there that no longer have paint on them so maybe it is one of those. Or just maybe it is back in service with another agency and this old Queen is still flying high in the sky.

Hi, Cade. For this post, the location was deliberately omitted. However, I can say it was taken at a US airport, not overseas or in Hawaii or Alaska. (And - not at Reno - yet.) (BIG grin)
