"Tanker 46" was being converted into a role as an air tanker by the Minden Air company. The company simply ran out of money and was never able to complete the conversion work.
What a sad sight ... hope she gets to see another day in the air.
I'll bet Coulson will pick these up. I loved flying on these when PSA had them....over 30 years ago now! Yikes!!:) Thanks for posting, Gary! Hoosier cheers!!
