Piper Navajo (N59SG)
Here N59SG, a Taylorcraft BL-65, sits in the main hanger at Exec1 Aviation awaiting it's performance in a couple of hours at the Central Iowa Airshow in Ankeny, Iowa. Photo taken August 23, 2019 with Nikon D3200 at 27mm.

Does anyone know the registration of this aircraft? It is a SuperCub used for airshows. I could not locate the reg even after a walk around.
First off it's not a Super Cub, Cubs and Super Cubs don't have doors and they're tandem seating, this has side by side seats.
It's a highly modified Taylorcraft. The N number N59SG and the owner uses it in airshows. Nice photo though.

Thank you, Jim! I have put in the registration and entered the correct aircraft information into the caption. Sadly, FA does not seem to know what a Taylorcraft BL-65 is. I appreciate you correcting me on the aircraft type as I am still learning about these smaller GA aircraft types and identifying them. I am greatly enjoying the proses of learning more about areas of aviation I have not been familiar with and all the amazing people I have meet along the way.
N59SG. REG. AS A 1939? Taylorcraft BL-65
