Just as an aside, note that the port side propeller is at a stand still as the aircraft taxis in on the starboard engine. This allowed the crew to open the door, deploy the steps and start deplaning passengers as soon as they halted without worrying about someone wandering into a still spinning propeller. Just one way they could minimize the time on the ground.

Skyhawk, I see this all the time with the SF340 and Dash 8s...probabally conserves fuel as well taxiing on one engine
