Fuel caps missing after kids stole fuel, aircraft fueled and fuel valves drained, flown on 30deg day. NTSB determined fuel starvation caused ice in the fuel line as it rained the night before.

The before pic is a nice one, an unfortunate incident, sorry it happened. I hope no one was killed.

Roy, Brother in law was PIC and walked out of the swamp with a broken hip. He followed Bob Hoovers saying......fly it as far as you can into the crash, stalling is fatal. Left wing was sheared off and was wedged 40'up in the tree.
