TERRIBLE!
Arrived with handicapped passenger and many bags. Taxied to FBO to make things easier for passenger. Unloaded passenger/bags and walked thru FBO....still have not seen another human being. After seeing passenger to car I walked back in to find "someone" sitting behind counter "busy" on computer. I asked if they had fuel service and if they could fill aircraft....purchase would have been in excess of $700. The reply I was given, "normally people park in marked spaces not in front of FBO"....completely snotty attitude, and did not look up from computer! I asked if they happened to notice the handicapped passenger or if they were too busy? As the guy huffed and started to get up, I told him not to bother, it was obviously too much trouble....and left.
The worst FBO experience in 10 years of flying, including the last 5 professionally....I'll NEVER be back. Cirrus SR-22 |
