Passengers tie up, hold down unruly passenger on diverted Detroit flight

"Fitzsimmons says they eventually were able to restrain the woman with some belts, scarves and seat belt extenders, as he says the flight crew had no devices or flight marshal onboard to restrain her"....at the rate these incidents seem to be occurring one would think a package of zip ties and a roll of duct tape would become standard equipment on aircraft. A stun gun is more effective and no chance of bystanders being injured

Well it only disables as long as you hold it to them. That said, it's a good show either way. Lol

I have carried 4 x long zip ties for 10 years now. Never challenged by TSA or any other agency. Light weight , effective and easy to install!

That's a good idea. I have carried in my computer bag most things others do, like a mobile pharmacy with Sudafed, Motrin, antacids, etc. Guess I'll need to add:

-14"L zip ties
-duct tape
-pepper spray

LOL

Even tho she caused a problem, she still is a women. So punching her wouldn't solve anything. Hopefully she gets help.

You will find that "contributor" Oxlong has a violent or xenophobic response to most issues. He may be in need of help as much as the woman on the flight
