anyone know why several Southwest planes still don't seem to have ADS-B? For example, I know New Mexico One doesn't appear to -- since I can't even MLAT it -- but I assume being a 737-300, it's due for retirement before the ADS-B 2020 requirement so SWA doesn't bother to put in ADS-B into that aircraft.
