Chinese authorities test drone-aircraft collision

the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC) conducted the first test of a collision between a UAV (drone) and a passenger plane at the Xiangbei Experimental Base of Aviation Industry. This is interesting to say the least and in effect proves that an aircraft even at low landing speeds can incur significant damage if one is hit. Unfortunately, there will have to be a crash with deaths to have limits built into drones.
