i can only imagine the consternation in Delta's atlanta headquarters as well as in United's executive offices when this giveback was proposed, debated and implimented. The change fee scam from the three major carriers picked the pockets of their passengers for far, way too far long. Backed into a corner of diminishing boardings, this shiny trinket of a fee reduction is a symbol of greed and inconsideration tat plainly had to go.
