Sounds about right, scrimp on the pilot training so you can put a novice in our next 100M dollar MIC project! Can't make this merd up!

Only so much can be done in a simulator I agree hands on stick time is the only way a person can truly understand an aircraft fully.

It always kills me when people ask me if I flew planes in the USAF. No, most of us are not pilots or flight crew. I processed pax and cargo, like working a civilian airport, I was Aerial Port. I drank a lot of beer while off duty.
