A long time ago when I saw a Connie that had been turned into a restaurant I thought the 747 fuselage, sans wings, was far more suited to this application than the (relatively) narrow Constellation. There could also be a bar in the bulge for patrons waiting for their tables. At the time 74's were all still flying but now they are rotting away in the desert maybe someone could do this with one.

The 747 are more suited for a hotel/hostel like the one outside Arlanda airport.
