Lmao.. a late.. how many flight hours and cycles on the NG and one failure.. especially with the issues coming out of SW maintenxe... I’d assume maybe that had something to do with it. But of course the US Airlines only fatality since 2009 .. of course regulators better pretend to act. Pathetic
