SkyWest Turns A Profit With Embraer E175s Coming Back Strong

SkyWest has turned a profit in the first quarter of 2021. Turning a net income of $36 million, SkyWest has benefited from its business model, which focuses on flying smaller regional jets for larger US airlines. Through this model, the airline has to focus less on turning profits and losses on individual routes.
