TSA, Lemmings.
I thought that too. Seems like the PD K-9's found it, FD cleared it but dogs still hit on bag itself. They even talked to the pax that missed his flight but owned the bag and decided he was OK. THEN, after all that, they turned the bag over to the TSA. Like they'll reall do a lot with it.
