Thought you'd finally finish "War and Peace" on that upcoming flight? If you're flying Virgin America, forget it. Loverboy and king of fun Richard Branson has just launched Seat-to-Seat Delivery, aka Get Lucky, an in-flight flirting service that allows aspiring Mile High club members to send a cocktail, snack or meal to perfect strangers using a digital seat map. Either you missed the inference that most (some) guys only last 2 minutes or you are disillusioned. Lighten up.
TXCAVU
Didn't miss it at all and my comment was an attempt to light up.

I can't see anything wrong with it. If you don't want the drink, just say NO! I imagine they thought of that and would ask the intended recipient if they wanted the drink.
(I think it's already being done on other airlines, just not publicized.)

Smart marketing. Given there are websites for connecting with fellow travelers and passengers requests for travelers information and plainly state the motive is attraction, this is no big deal. What will be interesting is the popularity.

If a lady sends me a drink on a flight can I join the mile high club ?
TXCAVU
No! Bad boy. The whole idea here is to increase inflight revenue sales.

Brilliant idea for pervs and losers who can't get lucky on the ground. ICK. Downright creepy, if you ask me.
