Sichuan Airlines Signs for 10 Airbus A350-900s

China’s Sichuan Airlines has signed a purchase agreement with Airbus for 10 Airbus A350-900s. The deal, still subject to government approval and valued at 200 billion yuan ($31.56 billion), amounts to the largest aircraft signing ever by the Chengdu-based airline. (www.ainonline.com) More...

I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest that someone got their decimals wrong here. Given that the list price of each aircraft is in the ~315 million USD range, 10 of the planes would be 3.15 billion USD, not 31 billion USD, no?
