Airbus obtains EASA approval for new pilot-training scheme

Airbus has secured European certification for a cadet pilot training programme jointly developed with the French university Ecole Nationale de l’Aviation Civile. Hopefully the primary focus will be on 'fly the aeroplane' and not just manage computer systems.

“operationally-ready pilot” with 200 hours of flight training? I do not know much but it looks scary to me.
