Lufthansa Rolls Out First A380 In New Livery (+Photos)

German flag carrier, Lufthansa, rolled out its new and updated livery on the first Airbus A380 aircraft in its fleet. The carrier has been implementing the revised livery across its entire fleet, both cargo, and passenger, to offer what Lufthansa calls “a visible sign of the modernization of Lufthansa.” Several aviation experts and enthusiasts have condemned the airline’s new livery, claiming that by removing the yellow color from the scheme, they removed an important piece of history. Nice, but count me in with those who miss the yellow.

I noted in the attached article that "we expect to have all of our equipment repainted by 2025." Which will be just in time to do another revision....maybe back to yellow.

Nice if you want to blend in with the sky and background. So much for having a nice yellow symbol to make your brand stand out in the marketplace with 100's of carriers. Shame on the marketing team.
