"When the flight attendant passes by your row, you’ll be asked if you want to purchase a snack or drink. If you do, the crew will pull up your profile on a mobile tablet and charge your stored payment method. Receipts will be emailed, keeping the purchase process completely touchless"

This seems like a very smart process that should have been implemented even before the pandemic. More convenient for the passengers and more likely to generate more online sales.

I am a retired pilot. When (IF) and when I fly next? I will pay full-fare for First Class/Business. Period.

boy, will environmentalists be shocked - look at all the plastic in the photo. before COVID it was all about eliminating plastic straws, plastic bags, wrappers, etc. What happened!? What a hoot.
