You know Boeing did say either the MAX 9 or 10 would compete with the A321neo. But I don’t see it. Boeing needs to design a whole new/clean sheet plane from scratch to go head-to-head with the A321neo. But I don’t think that they should until they get their act together with their MAX and Dreamliner issues
