Today marks 28 years since the takeoff collision between a six year old TWA McDonnell Douglas MD82 registered as N954U and a Cessna Conquest belonging to Superior Aviation Inc. A Sad day in aviation... Even though the TWA Crew really did a great Job, it was too little too late for the other A/C... Certainly glad that not more people were injured.
