A livid JetBlue Airways passenger went on a rampage through the check-in area at JFK terminal 5 on Saturday September 14th. The traveler was reportedly denied a last-minute ticket to Port-au-Prince, Haiti, which led the man to destroy several check-in kiosks, trash cans, and barrier walls. The instant he started screaming he disqualified himself from travelling on that flight.
Or any other.

Who knows why people write long run-on sentences, odd punctuation, why sentence fragments they are so hard to read, make sense out of, which are difficult to understand I'm not sure?
And the correct version is "cool and collected".

Most of us are Not Poets or English Majors! But we do know what was intended! Read what was intended, not what you think your English Teacher would grade you on! I may not write a correct sentence all the time... But I repair airplanes correctly all the time!
What a load of rubbish! If we knew what was intended we would all read it the same way. However, we don’t always know what was intended so could quite easily in a number of situations read it differently to other people. I certainly would not feel confident in flying in a plane you had worked on if you read the service manual “as it was intended” rather than what it actually said.
sparkles - "Read what was intended...??" Why should it be MY responsibility to decipher YOUR meaning? I am not required to make up the deficit of your ignorance, lack of proper education, and poor grammar. No one is asking you to be a Rhodes scholar (google it) or English professor, but we would appreciate you possessing and utilizing BASIC sentence structure. Your arrogance in defense of your shortcomings and then bragging that they don't impact your work product tells us a lot about why airplanes are frequently suffering maintenance failures these days. Gen Z at its best!
There is actually something called "reading comprehension".
