I think I could have done better but of course they didn’t ask me! 😂

Looks nice but doesn't reflect origins. This shows Delta's history:

Alaska/Horizon painted a current E175 to look like an F27 from the 80's https://www.alaskaair.com/content/travel-info/our-aircraft/e175-horizon

Thanks. That first link was a good read. I haven’t checked the second one yet.

Quite striking. Reminds me of the United livery from the '80s.

Its OK. It does definitely looks like it was designed by and vetted through many committees.

Ummm, plane lands upside-down in Toronto. I know, let's get a new paint livery. Promotions and bonuses to management! Then when we switch back to the old paint, promotions and bonuses to management!!

But I read how the plane landed upside down and because of all the advancements in engineering no one got killed. Or at least that was the spin of the day, personally I perfer landing upside right and without knocking a wing off the plane.

I just took a look it. It's nice, with a subtle use of colors and not a paint scheme that leaps out at the viewer. Yawn.

It looks pretty. But can it fly?

I think it looks nice...clean lines, understated color and design....elegant.

Many passengers about to fly on these 100th-year livery airplanes won’t even notice: they’ll be focused on their cellphones and/or jostling their way to the front of the boarding queue.

Seems a bit premature - Delta didn't exist until 1928 and didn't start carrying fare-paying passengers until 1929 from what I can find out.

Delta Air Lines originated as a crop-dusting outfit called Huff Daland Dusters, founded in 1925, so 100 years. Name-change to Delta Air Services happened in 1928, passenger service in 1929. The 100-year livery can cover all these 100th birthdays.

No red on the tail? Looks like JetBlue.

Lame! Very generic and it does look similar to United.

100 years. Paint schemes don’t interest me but I enjoyed the little bit of history in the article.

Meh, boring.
