Propeller recovered from Revesby bushland after falling off REX plane

A 100-kilogram propeller that fell off a Regional Express (REX) plane over south-western Sydney last week has been winched out of bushland, as investigators try to determine what went wrong. Probably killed a few critters though.. good that this was the outcome.

Only one of two things that went wrong.Poor material,poor maintenance practices,or poor inspections practices. You take your chances with most regional airlines.Cheaper though.
