Maybe on business class ... its fab on the 787 dreamliner to tokyo and from hong kong.. but not sure if economy with any international flight is great .. narrow seats , no legroom..
I really can't see how this can happen. Air Canada has been the stuff of nightmares for me for the past 18 years, and also for those that work with me. I'd really like to know who they pay to get a rating like this.
Staff are great in business, laidsez faire in economy and detestable in airport
Hmmm. I flex Air Canada from SFO to YYZ and return in March. Wasn't anything worthy of 4 stars, unless that meant out of 10 possible.
Rouge’ probably should not be included as the rating is for a “full” service which Rouge’ is not, but Air Canada is. Their 777-300, A330’s and 787’s are all pretty comfy but not the 767-300, 737 max. And at least they don’t pull your tail out of the seat by force, like some other carriers! I give them an 8/10.
8/10. Boy, have we ever set the bar low in this industry.
