Groen Brothers Aviation, announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Groen Brothers Aviation International, formed to participate in the joint venture, has entered into an agreement with Guangzhou Suntrans Aviation Science and Technology Co., ("Suntrans") to form a Cooperative Joint Venture ("CJV").
