Would Nepal Airlines consider replacing the four Harbin Y-12s with the PZL M-28 Skytruck? Or perhaps wait for the not-yet certified Cessna 408 Skycourier? To replace the Xian MA60s, any used ATR-42s, de Havilland Dash-8-300s or Q-400s for sale?
