Saturday March 28th there will be an outage of our data feeds for the US and Canada due to a scheduled upgrade at the FAA facility providing the data.

The impact of this outage is in the US and Canada. We will be unable to track general aviation flights and we will only have flight status (departure/arrival time) directly from major airlines during the outage. Flight tracking around the world using other data sources (Eurocontrol, datalink, and ADS-B) will continue as usual.

The outage is expected to last for approximately 8 hours, starting no earlier than 9p ET on the 28th and ending by 7a ET on the 29th.

This news posting will be updated as the outage begins and ends.

23:10 ET The outage has begun.

0:05 ET The outage has ended and we're back to normal.
