A340 flight came close to stalling at high altitude - incident report

The German Federal Bureau of Aircraft Accident Investigation has posted a final report on a "serious incident" on an SAA plane in 2018, in which the crew temporarily lost control of a fully loaded passenger Airbus 340-600 over Swiss airspace. The report was posted on 23 June this year after the bureau finalised the investigation report. (www.news24.com) More...

So, it took them five years to issue a report?
The company no longer flies the nine A340-600's. All were retired in 2021
