Interesting article, but the cabinet minister is not a practicing practitioner and had not been for a long time. Why was the other health practitioner not mentioned in person? The minister was portrayed as the hero in this article because he is an important cabinet minister!

Surely you meant incompetent not important cabinet minister. His department is an absolute nightmare with visas taking years to process.
