N113PV —
This biplane is harassing my property again. This morning, March 5, 2020, starting at around 11:15 a.m., he started flying tight circles around my property and over my house, very loud and disturbing, a nuisance. He flew over SIX times. A painter here, Steve Lackey, witnessed the harassment. I reported the incident to Mary Rohrer, Manager of ERV, and Michael Van Vliet, ERV Planner, TXDOT Aviation, as I have reported many of the harassment and conspiracy to poach incidents by planes, helicopters, and Air Evac Lifeteam helicopters. These are not just fly-bys. The incidents are harassment, without question, and most of them have more than just me as a witness. All of them have both photos and videos as documentation.

Maybe he is just getting some flight time in before Air Show season gets going. Not everyone is out to get you.
And your venting your frustrations here on Flight Aware is going to help you how? We are not here to hear your complaints, we're here because we like to see, and compliment, decent photo's of aviation. All you do is complain. Please go complain elsewhere.
The airport opened in 1943. I'm guessing that is quite some time before you moved there.
@Viv & @David; both sides have issues to be resolved. Santa Monica Airport, KSMO has fought this issue for decades (and finally lost and is being closed). One problem with being too vocal is it creates more problems from the adversary. My suggestion is to go mute on the Net and try to ignore the nuisance.
